Michael has been working in dental office administration for over 20 years. His extensive training in dental insurance billing and dental office management keeps our practice running smoothly. His presence at the front desk is one of our office’s best assets.

A people person, Michael always makes our patients feel very welcome and at home. His friendly disposition and thoughtful acts of kindness are well known. Insurance, billing, computers, scheduling, staff administration, treatment planning and making patients feel comfortable are some of the many tasks that Michael has mastered.

Michael grew up in Fullerton and lives in Mission Viejo. He is an avid tennis player and accomplished swimmer. When he has time, he really enjoys hiking in the fresh air of the Palm Springs Indian Canyons.

Erin attended West Coast University, graduating in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene, and joined our team in 2017. She loves seeing our returning patients and the many generations of families that visit our office. Erin’s goal is to make sure every patient leaves with a smile while also maintaining optimal oral health. Oral health is connected to overall health, so working with her patients to help them learn more about oral hygiene and maintain optimal oral health between appointments is very important to Erin.

Jill attended the University of Hawaii, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in dental hygiene. She joined our team in July 2020, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the dental field. Jill is dedicated to giving each individual patient that “wow experience” in hygiene, and she loves the lasting relationships that she has built with our patients through educating them about optimal oral health.

Jill is the mother of identical twin sons. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, running, biking and skiing.

If you ever have any dental work done in the back office, you will likely get to meet Susi. She is Dr. Tormey’s right hand. It would seem by the way Susi works with Dr. T that she is telepathic: She is notorious for handing Dr. T the precise instrument he needs exactly when he needs it.

Susi earned her registered dental assistant expanded function (RDAEF) credentials from UCLA in 2005. She is licensed in the use of ultrasonic technology, radiation, coronal polishing, and intraoral photography.

On the weekends, Susi can often be found doing photo shoots for weddings or family portraits; she has her own side business in photography. In addition to being a professional photographer, Susi is also an avid exercise buff, has a love of travel and is fluent in Spanish as well as English.

Wendy has been a registered dental assistant for over 20 years, graduating from the Bryman School. Her goal is to make sure you have an enjoyable and relaxing time in the dental chair.
